I am so excited to be writing this post! Have you ever heard about oil pulling? Maybe you have come across it and have never really looked into it. That is how it was for me for about two years, until I finally did some research, read the benefits of oil pulling and began my journey.
It is so amazing!! I have been doing it for over two months and I receive some type of positive result from it DAILY!!!
Ok so let's get to the nitty-gritty! What is oil pulling?
Oil pulling is an effective health remedy for all of your oral and internal problems. It is simple, easy, and you can begin TODAY! The process works by combining the lipids in the oil and your salvia to pull the toxins from your mouth and internal organs. Your tongue has receptors on it that correlate to specific internal organs in your body when your tongue is cleansed through oil pulling your internal organs begin repairing themselves...healing.

Oil pulling is an ancient health technique that has been utilized for over 3,000 years by our neighbors in the east (India, Asia, and Africa) It has been used to cure 30 + diseases to include heart disease. Directions:
1.) Take one tablespoon of oil
2.) Swish it around in your mouth for 15-20 minutes
3.) Spit out into the toilet, garbage or outside
That's it, now the do's and don'ts
Do......
1.) Perform oil pulling on an empty stomach, ideally right when you wake up, before brushing your teeth and before drinking water.
2.) Once you have disposed of the oil, you can rinse your mouth with warm water (or salty water)
3.) Brush your teeth once you have completed oil pulling.
4.) Use unrefined, cold pressed oils.
5.) Recommended oils are: sunflower, sesame, olive and coconut oil.
6.) You may drink and eat immediately after pulling.
7.) You may begin with 10-15 minutes and work you way up to 20.
8.) Be consistent, make oil pulling apart of your regular routine and don't stop, each day you will see improvement.
9.) Spit the pulled oil into the toilet, garbage or outside on the lawn.
Don't.......
1.) Perform oil pulling immediately after eating, you may throw-up
2.) Perform heavy lifting or other excessive activities while pulling ideally you should be meditating and relaxing (but that doesn't always happen so keep a moderate pace while you do your chores)
3.) Mix oils, each oil has a beautiful composition to help you receive all of it's benefits, mixing oils will nullify essential properties in each oil.
4.) Pull for less than 10 minutes, the method needs at least that to draw out the toxins.
5.) Spit the pulled oil into the sink, this stuff is highly toxic once you have completed the necessary duration.
6.) Be discouraged, the first time feels like forever and a bit strange but it gets easier, so keep it up!

Like I mentioned in the video, you MAY feel worse before you feel better, and that is normal, I encourage you to continue it is a minor side effect that will clear up faster than you can imagine.
